Below are our frequently asked questions about The Glenturret Whisky.
You can buy our whisky, merchandise and gift vouchers via our online shop or by visiting The Glenturret Distillery Shop open Monday – Sunday, 10am – 6pm.
Our whiskies are also distributed across the following 16 markets worldwide: Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, Thailand, South Korea, UK, USA and Vietnam.
We can ship to the following international destinations: UK, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovak Republic, Denmark, Finland, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Iceland, Norway, and Switzerland.

The Glenturret Distillery is open 7 days a week from 10am – 6pm (April – October) and 10am – 5pm (November – March). Full tour schedule available online.
The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant is open for Bar Lunch, available Friday & Saturday, 12pm to 1.30pm. Two Michelin Star Multi-Course Dining available Wednesday to Saturday. Reservations Required.
The Glenturret Distillery still nestles in its original location on the edge of the historic town of Crieff. Known locally as ‘The Hosh’ it is a picturesque and secluded setting at the foot of green rolling hills in the lower glen overlooking the River Turret.
By Car - From Perth & Stirling, we are approximately a 30-minute drive. From Glasgow & Edinburgh, we are approximately an 80-minute drive. We currently have 3 charging bays for electric vehicles, indicated by green markings in our car park.
The stations are free to use but you must inform the Distillery Shop team before plugging in, or the station will not activate.
By Public Transport - There is no train station in Crieff however there are several nearby stations that have bus links to Crieff. We highly recommend traveling to Perth train station where you can use the Stagecoach No15 bus to travel to Crieff. This bus service runs frequently and stops just a short walk from the distillery. Please ask the bus driver to advise when you are drawing close to the nearest stop.
By Foot - You can walk to The Glenturret Distillery from the Crieff Town Centre in approximately half an hour. If you are staying at The Crieff Hydro Hotel there is a direct walking route to the distillery.
We are delighted to offer visitor parking including disabled parking bays and x6 electric car parking bays. Plus, an overflow car park situated next to our warehouses.
We offer a range of guided tours and tastings at The Glenturret. More information on each tour can be found here. We recommend booking in advance; tickets can be purchased via our online booking platform. Children and infants are allowed to join The Glenturret Tour free of charge, but all other distillery experiences are for over 18s only.

If you are driving to The Glenturret and still wish to tour with us, don’t worry you won’t miss out on a dram. We offer a driver’s dram bottle to our visitors who wish to take their drams away.
The Glenturret Distillery is accessible for wheelchair users or those with specific access needs. We offer disabled parking, lifts to our hospitality areas, and an adapted route for our tour and tasting. For more information about accessibility click here.

Dogs are welcome at The Glenturret Distillery in our outdoor spaces or on a lead in our Distillery Shop. As we are a working distillery, for Health and Safety reasons we cannot allow dogs to enter our production or restaurant areas.
We don’t have a dress code for visiting our distillery however we do recommend that you wear sensible footwear.
Ordering & Delivery
If shipping outside of the UK, your order is likely to be subject to Customs duty and taxes. You will be contacted directly by Customs for this payment.
There is no minimum order quantity on our website.
We currently charge from £9 for orders from our online shop. On orders over £500 our shipping and insurance is £25. Please note that this is a minimum postage charge which will vary depending on the order volume and delivery location. Our online shop will calculate all shipping costs at checkout based on the weight and delivery destination of the items ordered.
If shipping outside of the UK, your order is likely to be subject to Customs duty and taxes as it arrives in the destination country. You will be contacted directly by Customs for this payment. It’s always best to get in touch with your local customs office or government website for advice before ordering.
Your order will be carefully packed by a member of our team, ensuring the order is safe. We prioritise using recycled and recyclable materials to create our custom-made bottle carton & delivery boxes, which are 100% recyclable.
For UK deliveries your order should arrive within 3-5 working days. For EU deliveries your order should arrive within 7-10 days. We advise that you provide an email address and mobile number in your delivery details to receive tracking information from our delivery partner. If this is not possible or you are having difficulty tracking your order you can contact us directly where we can assist you.
If you have placed an order but have not received a confirmation email, you should contact us via email on enquiries@theglenturret.com
Firstly, you should check with the courier using the tracking number provided to you via email. This will tell you the location or status of your parcel and let you choose a new delivery date, or to have your parcel left in a safe place. If you have spoken with the courier and there is still an issue with your parcel, please email enquiries@theglenturret.com providing your order number, name, and address for us to be able to check where your parcel is.

Returns
Below are our frequently asked questions about returning a product.
If your product was received damaged, we will provide a refund or replacement where available.
When you have purchased a product from The Glenturret Shop, you have a statutory right to return your product at any time up to 14 calendar days from the day after you purchased the products.
Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be arranged within 30 days of our acceptance to do so and after the safe receipt of the returned goods. Any product returned must be within its original packaging, unopened, contain the relevant paperwork and be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.
Where a replacement item is not available, due to it being discontinued or the original item being a "One Off," we will reimburse you for the full cost of the item only and any shipping costs. No compensation will be paid.
Orders of personalised items or perishable goods may not be cancelled unless they are faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
This policy applies only to the original purchaser of the Product that was purchased from The Glenturret.
