The Glenturret Shop
This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products (“Products”) listed on our website theglenturret.com (“our site”) and theaberturretgin.com (“our site”) to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You should print a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference. Please understand that if you refuse to accept these terms and conditions, you will not be able to order any Products from our site.
theglenturret.com is a site operated by The Glenturret Limited (“we”). We are registered in Scotland under company number SC616414 and with our registered office at The Glenturret Distillery, The Hosh, Crieff, Perthshire, PH7 4HA.
No goods are offered for sale at this site to any person who is below legal drinking age in the country in which he or she is resident or any person resident in a country where such sale would be contrary to local law.
By placing an order through our site you warrant that you are of a lawful age. If you are buying products as a gift, the recipient must also be of lawful age.
This is the responsibility of the purchaser. If our couriers are in any doubt about the age of the recipient on delivery, they may request some form of ID.
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that your order has been received. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched (the “Despatch Confirmation”).
The contract between us (the “Contract”) will only be formed when we send you the Despatch Confirmation. The Contract will relate only to those Products whose despatch we have confirmed in the Despatch Confirmation.
We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the despatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Despatch Confirmation.
As a consumer, you may cancel a Contract at any time within fourteen working days of the day you receive the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products in accordance with the refunds policy set out below. To cancel a Contract, you must inform us in writing.
You must also return the Product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition and packaging in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.
You can pay for Products purchased from our online shop by using any of the following cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro or Visa Debit. You must give us authority for payment at the time of order. There are several mandatory fields which you must complete to enable us to process your order and allow us to contact you should we need to discuss your order.
Please complete all fields carefully and accurately. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. We will not deliver any Products prior to these checks and authorisations being completed. If your card issuer refuses to authorise payment to us, your order cannot be accepted and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.All payment and credit card information is processed directly via the secure payment gateway Shopify and is not entered on The Glenturret systems.
Due to the high value of our products, you may be contacted by email enquiries@theglenturret.com and asked to confirm your identity. The main characteristics of the goods sold through this site are set out on the pages picturing them. Every effort has been made to display the colours of the goods as accurately as possible. However, because the colour you see will depend on your monitor we cannot guarantee that the colours of the goods purchased by you will be the same as the colours shown on your monitor.
Should your order be accepted, the price applicable to goods ordered by you shall be that shown on the site at the point at which your order is placed. The period for which this price is valid is limited and can only be guaranteed for orders placed that day (unless a longer period is stated specifically in the description given).
The sales tax applicable to your order will depend on a number of factors which will be established at the point of placing your order.
These include the following:
- The type of goods ordered (rates may differ);
- Where the goods are to be delivered to e.g. UK, EU, outside EU.
You are responsible for paying any import or similar duties which may be levied on the export or import of the goods ordered by you. The goods purchased by you will be despatched to you by the method of delivery indicated within 30 days of the date of your order.
We will inform you of the non-availability of any goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date of your order, and where your order cannot be fulfilled you will receive a full refund within 30 days of the date of your order.
We will fully refund to your payment card the price (including sales taxes and delivery costs) of any goods returned to us within 30 days of receipt.
Deliveries are made during business hours on Monday to Friday; to ensure prompt delivery someone must be present to sign for the parcel. If no-one is available to sign for the parcel, our delivery company will leave a contact card with instructions for the customer to call their local depot. If the customer does not then call their local depot, the parcel is returned to us after a week – the cost of which will be passed on to the customer. The courier appointed by The Glenturret is non-negotiable.
You can buy our whisky via our online shop (www.theglenturret.com), or by visiting The Glenturret Distillery Shop open Monday – Sunday, 10am – 6pm.
Our whiskies are also stocked across 17 markets worldwide: Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Switzerland, Thailand, South Korea, UK, USA and Vietnam.
All whiskies sold by The Glenturret Online Shop are sold subject to UK alcohol tax and UK VAT. However, for all deliveries to the EU, UK VAT will not be charged. Your order may be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in your chosen country, which are levied at the time the package clears customs.
All additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient. As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no control over these charges. Please contact your local customs office for further information

Returns, Refunds and Replacements
When you have purchased a product from The Glenturret Online Shop or Distillery Shop, you have a statutory right to return your product at any time up to 14 calendar days from the day after you receive the product/s.
Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact. All refunds and reimbursements will be arranged within 30 days of our acceptance to do so and after the safe receipt of the returned goods. Any product returned must be within its original packaging, unopened, contain the relevant paperwork and be adequately packed to avoid any possible damage.

After notifying us of your intent to cancel you have a further 14 calendar days to return the item(s) to us for a full refund.
Where a replacement item is not available, due to it being discontinued or the original item being a "One Off," we will reimburse you for the full cost of the item only and any shipping costs. No compensation will be paid.
Orders of personalised items or perishable goods may not be cancelled unless they are faulty, incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
This policy applies only to the original purchaser of the Product that was purchased from The Glenturret.

Under the Consumer Rights Act any claims should be made against the retailer where the product was purchased. Where the product has been purchased through an auction or third-party retailer, The Glenturret does not lawfully have to provide a replacement, repair of refund.
If you have purchased a product directly from The Glenturret (not from a retailer or third party as set out above), which you discover to be faulty, then you will be required to send us photographs of the product with an explanation of the fault/s, and proof of purchase of the product.
If you contact us within 30 days of purchase of the product you will be entitled to a refund or a replacement of the product.
If you contact us after 30 days but before 6 months after you have purchased the product, we will offer you a replacement or a repair. If we are unable to repair or replace the product, you will be entitled to a full refund.
We will only provide a refund or a replacement product after we have received the faulty product, and we have carried out authenticity and other testing as we deem appropriate to verify your claim.
You will only be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement in the event that you are able to demonstrate that the product is authentic and a fault has occurred.
Please note, instances where The Glenturret is not liable in providing a replacement, repair or refund:
- Taste complaints where a significant amount of liquid has been drunk
- Accidental damage
- Wear and tear
Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, The Glenturret shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages.
If the quality of liquid or authenticity is returned for testing, The Glenturret reserves the right to retain the returned product if testing reveals that the product is counterfeit or that the liquid has been adulterated or tampered with. In such instances, The Glenturret shall not provide a replacement product.
The prices payable for the Products that you order are clearly set out on this site. All prices are quoted inclusive of any UK VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the products may not include the delivery charge which will be charged at the rates applicable at the date you place your order.
Prices, promotions and specifications can change without notice and Products are subject to availability. If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to supply a particular Product you will be notified as soon as possible.
For ballot sales and certain limited editions, customers will only be eligible to buy a maximum number of bottles per person, per order or per household. The Glenturret reserve the right to cancel orders if subsequent verification identifies that a consumer has bought more than the maximum number of bottles available for purchase by one person.
We warrant to you that any Product purchased from The Glenturret through our site is of satisfactory quality and reasonably fit for all the purposes for which products of the kind are commonly supplied. The Glenturret’s liability for any losses suffered as a result us breaching its contract with you is limited to the purchase price of the Product you purchased.
The Glenturret are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage (including, but not limited to, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of profits or contracts, loss of anticipated savings).
Please refer to our separate privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) which informs you how your personal information will be used.
If we fail, at any time during the term of a Contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the Contract or any of these terms and conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which they are entitled under a contract with you or any of these terms and conditions, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
A waiver by The Glenturret of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default. No waiver by The Glenturret of any of these terms and conditions shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing.
These terms and conditions and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the entire agreement between us relating to the subject matter of any Contract and supersede any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between us, relating to the subject matter of any Contract.
We each acknowledge that, in entering into a Contract, (and the documents referred to in it), neither of us relies on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (“Representation”) of any person (whether a party to that Contract or not) other than as expressly set out in these terms and conditions.
Each of us agrees that the only rights and remedies available to us arising out of or in connection with a Representation shall be for breach of contract as provided in these terms and conditions. Nothing in this clause shall limit or exclude any liability for fraud.
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect, amongst other things, changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology or systems used, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
You will be subject to the policies and terms and conditions in force at the time that you order Products, unless any change to those policies or these terms and conditions is required to be made by law or governmental authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you), or if we notify you of the change to those policies or these terms and conditions before we send you the Despatch Confirmation.
Contracts for the purchase of Products through our site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by Scots law.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with such Contracts or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
The Glenturret Visitor Centre
Tours of The Glenturret Distillery take place at the Distillery site at The Glenturret Distillery, The Hosh, Crieff, Perthshire, PH7 4HA (the “Distillery”), and are provided by Glenturret Limited (“we” or “the company”). Glenturret Limited is incorporated in Scotland (Registered No.SC616414 , with its registered office at The Glenturret Distillery, The Hosh, Crieff, Perthshire, PH7 4HA.
The following Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”), as well as any information contained in the booking form, booking confirmation or email provided to you, apply to all Tour bookings. On booking or purchase of a Distillery Tour, you agree to abide by these Terms.
We will endeavour to ensure that the information displayed on our website (theglenturret.com) and our booking platform (sevenrooms.com) is current and accurate. However, we cannot be held liable for any errors.
Once full payment is made, you will be allocated a place/places on your chosen Tour, and a booking confirmation will be emailed to you.
We accept no responsibility for the incorrect inputting of an email address on our booking form.
If your automatically generated booking confirmation does not arrive via email, please contact us via email at enquiries@theglenturret.com, we will check the email address and resend your booking confirmation(s).
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation email, it is your responsibility to check the accuracy of dates booked.
We recommend that Tours are pre-booked, particularly at busy times (weekends, bank holidays and in peak season). Tours for walk in visitors are on a first come first served basis; however, we cannot guarantee that such places will be available at all times.
The Standard Tour is priced at £18 for all adult visitor tickets. Children under 18 years old are granted complimentary admission. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to amend the price of our Tours at any time. All under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
On arrival at The Glenturret Distillery, please report to the Welcome Lounge. We operate a Challenge 25 policy. Visitors may be subject to an age check on arrival and are advised to bring an official form of photo identification (“ID”) to the Distillery. If we believe or suspect a visitor who wishes to consume alcohol is under 25, that visitor will be asked to produce photo ID. If you are unable to produce a valid photo ID, you will not be served alcohol at The Glenturret and we regret that no refunds can be given.
The date and time of your Tour will be clearly stated on your email confirmation, and we request that you arrive in good time for your Tour. All visitors should arrive at The Glenturret Distillery at least 10 minutes before the Tour is due to start.
If you arrive after your designated Tour has commenced, we will endeavour to accommodate you on the next available Tour; however, demand may be high (especially in peak season) and we cannot guarantee that there will be spaces available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a refund where no suitable alternative time is available. We reserve the right to refuse admission to the Distillery.
If we cancel your Tour, you will be entitled to a full refund.
We will use all reasonable endeavours to be open and operational during published opening hours, but we reserve the right to close the Distillery on any given day or part thereof, whether for security or any other reason, without notice. In the event of total closure of the Distillery, any bookings for Tours on the day of closure will be exchanged or refunded at the price paid for them.
On certain days, or at certain times, some parts of the Distillery may be closed (e.g., for cleaning, maintenance, or for other operational reasons). The Distillery may not be fully operational during silent season although Tours will still be in operation. Bookings will not be refunded, and no compensation will be paid for Tours during this time.
If you need to postpone or cancel a booking, please do so by calling us on +44 (0) 1764 65 65 65 during opening hours, or email enquiries@theglenturret.com at least 48 hours before your Tour is scheduled.
If you do not arrive for a scheduled Tour, no refund will be given for the Tour unless you have given us at least 48 hours’ notice of your cancellation.
If you wish to amend the date or time of any booking following the purchase of Tour(s), you should contact us by phone (+44 (0) 1764 65 65 65) or email enquries@theglenturret.com up to 48 hours before the start of the Tour. We will endeavour to accommodate the alternative date and time requested by you but cannot guarantee availability.
Please note that all our tour bookings are non-refundable. If you wish to amend your booking details or discuss them with us, please call a member of our team on +44 (0)1764 65 65 65 or email enquiries@theglenturret.com.
Tours are limited in size to a maximum of 25 visitors. If your group exceeds six people, please contact the Distillery either by email or phone (+44 (0) 1764 65 65 65) to make the booking. If the number of people in your group exceeds 25, the group will be split across various Tours according to availability.
If you suffer losses as a result of a breach by us of these Terms, our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the Tour. We are not responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or any indirect, special or consequential loss, damage, costs, expenses or other claims which arise in connection with the Tour.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms limits in any way our liability:
- For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- Under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987;
- For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- For any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms and conditions that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
Our performance under these terms and conditions is deemed to be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues, and we will have an extension of time for performance for the duration of that period. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under these terms and conditions may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
The Glenturret Distillery is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and safe environment for all of our guests and employees. We uphold a zero-tolerance policy towards abuse or harassment of any kind. This includes any form of sexual harassment—unwanted conduct of a sexual nature that violates an individual’s dignity or creates an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating, or offensive environment. We ask that you treat our team and fellow guests with respect, ensuring The Glenturret remains a welcoming place for everyone.
The Distillery is a controlled working and manufacturing environment, and you should exercise due care and attention on the Tour. Distillery staff may draw your attention to certain health & safety procedures, to which you must adhere.
If the fire alarm sounds during your Tour your Distillery host will direct you to the nearest exit.
Any personal data which you provide us as part of the booking and attending the Tour will be treated securely and confidentially. We recommend that you review our Privacy Policy for further information about how The Glenturret processes personal data, and your rights in relation to your own personal data.
In the interests of safety, visitors may be asked to submit to a search of their person or belongings and anyone refusing to submit or found to be in possession of materials believed by us to be dangerous or unsuitable will be denied entry or removed from the Tour.
We would ask all visitors to remain vigilant and report anything they find suspicious to a member of staff.
Photography is permitted within the production area under the supervision of your host. Distillery host instructions must be followed at all times. In the instance of photography opportunities being removed from the tour during your visit a refund will not be given.
From time to time we, or other authorised third parties, may carry out photography or recording at The Glenturret Distillery and any images or recordings may feature visitors.
Visitors will be advised on the day if any photography is planned and consent of use of such images or recordings will be requested.
We hope that all visitors enjoy their experience at The Glenturret Distillery. If you require any extra assistance or have any special requirements, please contact us in advance of your visit by email or phone (+44 (0) 1764 65 65 65) to ensure that you receive the best possible experience.
Not all of our visitor areas within the Distillery are accessible however we have an alternative route for visitors which is available at all tour times.
The entrance to the Distillery is step free, please let us know in advance if you require assistance.
There are no automatic doors on entrance to the Distillery.
A lift is provided for mobility access to our shop and restaurant areas. Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters will be unable to pass through the Distillery, although a manual wheelchair is available at the Welcome Lounge upon request.
If you require a guide to assist you around the building, please book in advance. Unfortunately, assistance cannot be guaranteed to visitors who do not book in advance and notify us of any assistance they may require.
Assistance dogs will be able to accompany owners who are taking part in our Distillery Tour.
There are 55 parking spaces at the Distillery including 5 Blue Badge spaces and x3 EV Charging Points.
Please note that due to the historic nature of our buildings the flooring in some parts of the Distillery may be uneven.
As you will be visiting a working Distillery, we ask that visitors wear sensible clothing and shoes for the Tour.
We reserve the right to refuse to process a transaction for any reason.
If any provision of these Terms is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and the remainder of the provision in question will not be affected.
These Terms and any document expressly referred to in them constitute the whole agreement between you and us and supersede any previous arrangement, understanding or agreement between you and us relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
Any contract between you and us pursuant to these Terms will be binding on you and us and on our respective successors and assigns.
You may not transfer, assign, charge, sub-contract or otherwise dispose of any such contract, or any of your rights or obligations arising under such a contract, without our prior written consent.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Scotland, and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
In the unlikely event that you may wish to make a formal complaint against The Glenturret Distillery, please inform the Distillery Tour host that you intend to make a formal complaint.
If the matter cannot be resolved immediately, or during your trip, despite the Tour host’s best endeavours to do so, your complaint should be made in writing to enquiries@theglenturret.com. We will investigate your complaint as soon as is reasonably possible, and you will receive a reply within 21 days.

Please note that the following conditions apply to this group experience:
• Riders must be 18 years or over.
• Alcohol must not be consumed prior to using the provided e-bikes.
• Riders will be contacted to obtain height information in advance of the experience.
• Sensible clothing and footwear is recommended.
• Riders are advised to bring their own water bottle where possible.
• Group experiences will be cancelled if the weather is not suitable.
• Bookings cancelled less than 48 hours in advance will be fully chargeable.
Distillery Private Hire Events
Cancellations should be made in writing, should you require to cancel your booking with us the following policy will apply:
Time Before Event Cancellation Charge
- Up to 30 days prior to the event 50% of the Total Estimated Charge.
- Within 30 days or less prior to the event 100% of the Total Estimated Charge.
- The cancellation charges detailed above are expressed inclusive of any applicable VAT.
- In the event that the client cancels a booking that The Glenturret has made on its behalf, for entertainment, audio visual equipment, furniture or otherwise, all cancellation charges shall be met by the client
Only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- If the site is closed due to events beyond our control
- If you, or we, become insolvent, or in the case of the individual, become apparently insolvent
- If the booking, the persons associated with booking and/or the purpose of the event might damage the reputation of Glenturret Distillery
• The client must notify The Glenturret of final numbers 14 days prior to arrival date
• If this is not done the client will be charged for the last number received or the actual number of visitors whichever is the greater.
• The Glenturret cannot guarantee to supply service to numbers of visitors more than the agreed final number if given less than 7 days' notice.
- The Glenturret reserves the right to ask for a deposit to confirm a booking and this will be detailed in the deposit schedule
- Credit account customers will be afforded payment terms of 14 days from date of invoice post event, such terms must be adhered to in order to maintain this credit facility.
- Should a deposit be outstanding more than 14 days from the date of request or remain outstanding on the date of the event, then The Glenturret may treat the Confirmed Booking as being cancelled by the client, our Cancellation Policy will then be applied.
- The Glenturret Distillery reserves the right to retain any payments previously made by the client in relation to the specific function in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
- All payments requests and invoices must be paid in full without set off whatsoever.
- Payments may be made by Cheque or BACS. We are happy to accept Mastercard, Visa or a Debit Card.
- The client shall be responsible for the orderly conduct of their group and shall ensure that nothing shall be done which may constitute a breach of the law or in any way cause a nuisance or be an infringement
- You will indemnify us against any loss, damage, costs and expenses (including legal expenses) which we may suffer or incur and against any claims brought against us as a result of any act or omission of either you or your group or as a result of any defect in equipment supplied by either you or your guests.
- The client will be responsible for any damage to the property of The Glenturret caused by it or its guests.
- UK law states that a person must be aged 18 and over to purchase alcohol. The Glenturret Distillery policy is that alcohol will not be sold to anyone visiting as part of a school group, regardless of age. This includes drivers and teachers.
- The Glenturret reserves the right to alter prices quoted if The Glenturret’s costs are increased due to circumstances beyond our control such as arrival of the group beyond the agreed time. Any such price alterations will be kept to a minimum and will be notified to the client in advance.
- The client shall indemnify the company and its Directors, Officers and Employees against all charges, claims, damage, liabilities, proceedings, demands, fines, fees, costs or expenses (to include legal expenses) including but not limited to, loss or goodwill, loss of profit of opportunity suffered by The Glenturret Distillery directly and indirectly as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions of Trading and /or the negligence or wilful default of the client or any of its guests.
• The client shall ensure that it has sufficient insurance provision in place to meet any and all claims levelled against it; The Glenturret reserves the right to request a copy of the client’s insurance details in advance of an event to satisfy itself that sufficient cover is in place. - The Glenturret may cancel an event if it does not consider that sufficient insurance provision is held by a client in order to indemnify the company fully.
- The Glenturret may rescind its contract with the client if it is prevented, hindered or delayed from performing any of its obligations under the contract by a Force Majeure event.
- The Glenturret accepts no responsibility for items left or stored during any visit. The client should ensure that they have sufficient insurance provision in place to meet any and all claims levelled against it and shall indemnify the company and its Directors, Officers, and Employees against all charges, claims, damage, liabilities, proceedings, demands, fines, fees, costs or expenses.
- Information that we acquire from our clients will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed other than in the normal course of performing services on our client’s behalf unless their consent has been obtained or the information is required by a Court of competent jurisdiction or is already in the public domain or it has been received from a third party whom we reasonably believe is permitted to supply such information to us.
- Information supplied by clients may be used for research and statistical purposes and may also be used to provide clients with information about products and services that we believe could be of interest. Clients may remove themselves from such mailings by writing to The Data Controller, Glenturret Distillery, The Hosh, Crieff, Perthshire PH7 4HA or emailing enquiries@theglenturret.com.
The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant
These terms and conditions ("Consumer Terms and Conditions") apply when you make a reservation at The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant.
Please note that we have a 72-hour cancellation policy for dinner reservations. Credit card details are required and a deposit of £195pp for dinner will automatically be taken from the card provided upon making the reservation.
Reservations may be cancelled online, and any deposit taken will automatically be refunded, provided you cancel the reservation within the required time.
Should you fail to cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to the booking, the £195pp deposit will no longer be refundable.
Due to our limited dining capacity, we may have to offer an alternative reservation time if your guest numbers change within 72hrs of the reservation time.
If, however, we manage to resell your table we will provide you with a gift voucher code for the total deposit amount, redeemable against a reservation at a future date, valid for 12 months.
Please note that we have a 24-hour cancellation policy for bar lunch reservations. Credit card details are required upon making the reservation.
Reservations may be cancelled online, and any card details taken will automatically be deleted from our secure system, provided you cancel the reservation within the required time.
Should you fail to cancel your reservation 24 hours prior to the booking, a £25.00 cancellation fee per person will be charged.
Due to our limited dining capacity, we may have to offer an alternative reservation time if your guest numbers change within 24hrs of the reservation time.
At The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant, we strive to provide an exceptional dining experience for all our guests, including those with allergies or dietary requirements. To ensure that your dining experience exceeds expectations, we kindly request that you inform us of any allergies or dietary requirements when making your reservation.
When accommodating dietary restrictions, we design our menu as close to that as originally intended. As such, we may not be able to accommodate restrictions that require extensive changes.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Consumer Terms and Conditions") apply when you purchase a The Glenturret Distillery gift voucher ("Gift Voucher").
1.1 Once your order has been processed The Glenturret shall be responsible for issuing, posting first class (or special delivery, airmail or international signed for if requested) and performing any other terms set out in the Confirmation.
1.2 You may either choose to collect your voucher from The Glenturret Distillery for in store orders, or via postal delivery or email for online orders. In respect of postal deliveries, The Glenturret uses Royal Mail to deliver your order. Please note that postage and packaging charges are not included in the Gift Voucher prices. Any postage and packaging charges which apply are advised to you during the check-out and ordering process before you confirm your order.
1.3 Once activated the value of the Gift Voucher can be used as full payment for services and goods at The Glenturret Distillery, www.theglenturret.com and The Glenturret Lalique Restuarant, excluding The Lalique Boutique.
1.4 If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the Gift Voucher, the difference can be made up with a credit card or cash payment. If it is less, then change cannot be given.
1.5 If purchasing a Gift Voucher through the Website or on the telephone, payment can be made with the following cards: Mastercard, Visa, Delta, American Express, Switch or Solo.
1.6 If you intend to use a Gift Voucher on a Distillery Experience after the Gift Voucher expiry date you must make sure you contact us prior to the expiry date on (+44) 1764 65 65 65. We will then allow up to four weeks for the redemption of the voucher.
1.7 If you intend to use your Gift Voucher on booking a Distillery tour or withing the Lalique Restaurant please contact the following emails. Our vouchers do not work on our booking system.

2.1 All Gift Voucher balances must be used by the expiry date which is 12 months from the date of purchase. Gift Vouchers will state the expiration date on them, and they cannot be used after this date.
2.2 All specific arrangements regarding booking dates and times must be made directly with The Glenturret Distillery, and you should reconfirm any arrangements made with The Glenturret Distillery a few days before the event to avoid disappointment. The Glenturret Distillery will use all reasonable endeavours to meet your request but cannot guarantee any specific date or time.
2.3 The purchaser of the Gift Voucher is entitled to a 14-day 'cooling off' period provided the Gift Card or voucher is returned unused and with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase, after which a full refund will be made. If you need to return a Gift Card or Voucher, please email us directly at enquiries@theglenturret.com or call (+44) 1764 65 65 65.
2.4 Where products purchased with a Gift Voucher are returned, monies owing will be refunded by a Gift Voucher.
3.1 Orders will be dispatched in accordance with the following timescale:
For orders placed on a working day (Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays) before 12 noon, the order will be despatched the same day.
For orders placed on a working day after 12 noon or on a weekend day, the order will be dispatched the next working day.
3.2 The following mailing options are available to customers ordering from the UK:
UK 1st class delivery - standard Royal Mail UK 1st class delivery service. Please then allow 5 working days for the Gift Voucher to be delivered by Royal Mail.
Please note that UK First Class post does not guarantee delivery within above timescales, and cannot be traced if it goes missing.
UK Special delivery - standard Royal Mail UK Special delivery. This will be tracked by Royal Mail and requires a signature from the recipient. Special Delivery guarantees receipt of the Gift Vouchers by 1pm on the next working day (not weekends).
Please make sure that you (or the recipient) are available to sign for the delivery otherwise it will be returned to the sorting office for collection. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday before 12 noon, Royal Mail will not guarantee delivery on Saturday but will guarantee delivery by Monday.
3.3 The following mailing options are available to customers ordering from Overseas:
Airmail - standard Royal Mail Airmail delivery. This should be selected for any overseas Gift Voucher orders.
International Signed For - standard Royal Mail Recorded Overseas delivery. As with UK Special delivery the delivery is recorded, and a signature is required upon delivery. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
3.4 On the occasion where The Glenturret has dispatched your Gift Voucher order and it gets lost in the post. If you have not received your order 5 days after placing the order (or 25 days in the case of International Signed For delivery), please contact The Glenturret.
The Glenturret may need to cancel your original order and issue you with a new Gift Voucher. In this situation, you should destroy the original Gift Voucher if it is eventually received as it will no longer be valid.

The Aberturret Estate House
These terms and conditions ("Consumer Terms and Conditions") apply when you make a reservation at The Aberturret Estate House.
Your reservation and the accommodation agreement made for accommodation at the Aberturret Estate House (the "Hotel") (whether made by you directly with the Hotel or via a third party such as a travel agent) will be subject to these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy set out below.
When you make your reservation, whether online or by telephone, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these Reservation Terms and Conditions and the Reservation Privacy Policy.
If you make your reservation via a travel agent, or other third party, then you have a separate legal relationship with that party. Neither Glenturret Ltd (the "Hotel Owner") nor the Hotel has liability for any acts or omissions of such party including their observance of your data protection rights.
When you make your reservation, you will be also deemed to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions on theglenturret.com and theglenturretrestaurant.com (and any related web pages accessible from it) and any relevant terms and conditions shall be deemed to be incorporated into your reservation and the accommodation agreement with the Hotel.
1. Reservations
The Hotel and telephone facility enables you to check the accommodation offerings at the Hotel (and related products and services), and then submit an online or telephone reservation request to the Hotel. On completion of the reservation process, the Hotel will transmit an online or email confirmation of your reservation (the "Confirmation"). A reservation is only valid when the Confirmation has been issued by the Hotel. Bookings at The Glenturret Lalique Restaurant (the "Restaurant") must be requested directly to the Restaurant or the Hotel and are not confirmed until a written confirmation is issued in respect of such booking. Any other requests for products and services must be confirmed by you directly with the Hotel including, for example, airport pick up and drop off times.
2. Hotel Prices
The prices for accommodation at the Hotel, and other products and services, shall be indicated in the Confirmation. Breakfast, taxes and service charges are included only if indicated in the Confirmation.
3. Payment; Damage
It will be necessary for you to provide credit card details to secure a room, product or service reservation. The credit card may then be used by the Hotel for payment of a deposit as advised In the Confirmation and/or as a guarantee for a future payment, in the case of a no-show, a cancellation or change to the reservation.
The Hotel may also charge your credit card for the reasonable cost incurred by the Hotel in repairing any damage caused by you or replacing any items (save for consumables) removed from the Hotel without the Hotel's consent. To be effective against the Hotel, any such consent must be given in writing.
4. Cancellations and Amendments; Early Departure
Cancellations should be made in writing, should you require to cancel your booking with us the following policy will apply:
Exclusive Use - Time Before Event
Up to 30 days prior to the event - Full refund
Within 30 days or less prior to the event - 50% of the Total Estimated Charge
Within 14 days or less prior to the event - 100% of the Total Estimated Charge
Room Only - Time Before Event
Up to 7 days prior to the event - Full Refund
Within 7 days or less prior to the event - 50% of the Total Estimated Charge
Within 72 hours or less prior to the event - 100% of the Total Estimated Charge
• The cancellation charges detailed above are expressed inclusive of any applicable VAT.
• If the client cancels a booking that The Glenturret Distillery has made on its behalf, for entertainment, audio visual equipment, furniture or otherwise, all cancellation charges shall be met by the client.
5. Currency
Reservations will be charged in British Pounds Sterling; any currency conversion provided by the Hotel is for guidance only. A foreign currency transaction may be charged by your card provider. Any deposits or pre-payments will be deducted from the final reservation invoice in the Hotel’s local currency.
A refund of a deposit or prepayment, if any, will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your payment card provider at the time of any such refund and may differ from the exchange rate applied at the time such deposit or prepayment was made.
6. Pre-paid Reservations
Some bookings at the Hotel and the Restaurant require prepayment in full and are non-cancellable, non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. This will be clearly stated to you in the Confirmation. If so stated, your credit card will be charged for the full amount once you make a reservation. Credit will not be given for any unused reservation and the amount paid by you for such reservation cannot be used toward any other/future reservation.
7. Guarantee Rules
For reservations guaranteed with a credit card at the time of making your reservation, rooms are held until the Hotel check-out time on the day following the day of arrival. The Hotel may authorise the room, product or service rate prior to arrival and reserve funds, including taxes, on the credit card to determine the validity of the credit card. Rooms, products or services booked with an invalid credit card are subject to immediate cancellation.
8. Pets
Dogs are allowed at the Hotel by prior agreement only. Permission to bring a pet must be reflected in the Confirmation or otherwise in writing from the Hotel. Guests who bring pets must take full responsibility for their pet at all times and must pick up all fouling. Guests must bring their own pet bedding & bowls. Pets are not allowed on the 1st floor and any of the bedrooms or onto any furniture and must not be left unattended in the house at any time. A fee of £100 per stay will be applied to the booking, and the guest shall be liable for the reasonable cost incurred by the Hotel in repairing, replacing or cleaning any damage caused by pets.
9. Occasion party
While we welcome groups, we ask all guests to please respect the peace and tranquillity of the area and that noise be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Failure to observe these conditions may result in your party being asked to leave the accommodation.
10. Insurance
The guest is responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance policy before the start of the rental so they are covered for missed and delayed departure, cancellation and curtailment, personal items and transfer to hospital if needed. If the guest is a non-UK resident then insurance is essential to cover any emergency medical assistance or treatment required during their time in the UK.
11. Keys
One physical key fob is given on arrival. Should key/s not be handed in on departure or keys broken, a £25 per key payment will be charged. On request, we will also issue a virtual key to the occupants of the Hotel. Virtual keys require the guest download a web application on to their personal phone; the link will be sent to you with the Confirmation.
12. Maintenance
Regular maintenance activities including grass cutting, room maintenance and ground works and improvements will be undertaken at the Hotel from time to time. We will carry out these activities in a manner which minimises any disruption to your stay and regret any inconvenience this may cause.
13. Smoking
Smoking cigarettes, cigars and E-cigarettes is not permitted anywhere within the holiday accommodation. Smoking in the external grounds is permitted please see the bins provided.
14. Wi-Fi
We offer complimentary Wi-Fi during your stay which will allow you to use the Sonos music system and stream and download entertainments. Certain aspects are restricted through our firewall.
15. Privacy and data protection
Our Reservation Privacy Policy (set out below) will apply to your reservation and forms part of these Reservation Terms and Conditions.
16. Assumption of Liability; Hold Harmless
Neither the Owner nor the Hotel will have any liability to you for acts, errors, omissions, breaches or negligence of the Owner or the Hotel or any employee or agent of either of the foregoing for any accidents, personal injuries, death, loss of or damage to property or any other losses, damages, costs or expenses resulting, directly or indirectly, from your stay at the Hotel or the use by you of any service or product provided by the Hotel or any third party in connection therewith, to the fullest extent permitted under applicable laws.
17. Vehicles & Parking
Users of this car park do so at their own risk. The management will not accept responsibility for any accidents, damage, or losses. Unless asked by our employees or agents not to do so in the case of emergency, please ensure that your vehicle is left securely locked with the handbrake on, all windows securely closed and any vehicle alarm, steering lock or similar device fitted is engaged. We are not responsible for any consequence or loss arising from a failure by you to properly secure your vehicle.
18. Force Majeure
Neither the Owner nor the Hotel will be liable for any change or cancellation of any reservation
that is caused, in whole or in part, by events, occurrences, or causes beyond the control of the Hotel. Such events, occurrences, or causes include, without limitation, acts of God, terrorist
activities, weather, strikes, lockouts, riots, acts of war, earthquake, volcanic activity, ash clouds, tsunamis, fire and explosions.
19. Governing Law
These Reservation Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland and the courts of Scotland shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute in relation thereto.

This Reservation Privacy Policy provides you with information about the personal data the Hotel collects in connection with the reservation at the Hotel, why we need to collect it, how it will be used, who it will be shared with and your rights in relation to it.
The Information we collect:
In order to complete your reservation and arrange its fulfilment, the Hotel needs to collect the following personal data as part of the reservation process:
- your first and last name;
- your email address;
- your contact telephone number
- your country of residence
- details of your payment card including the card number, cardholder name, expiry date and CVV number.
- A form of identification, e.g. driving license, passport
- You may also, if you wish, provide the Hotel with your postal address (home or business)
How the Hotel uses the Reservation Data
The Hotel will be the "data controller" (as such term is defined in applicable data protection laws in the United Kingdom) of the Reservation Data. It is necessary for the Hotel to process the Reservation Data so that the contract for your hotel reservation can be fulfilled. The Hotel has appointed a third party SevenRooms (outside the European Economic Area) to process the Reservation Data.
In relation to any transfers of the Reservation Data outside the European Economic Area necessary to complete and fulfil the reservation, the Hotel has put in place all necessary legal, technical, and organisational measures to ensure the protection of the Reservation Data. Details of these measures will be supplied on request.
The Hotel will only share the Reservation Data with its appointed data processor. The Hotel will not use the Reservation Data for any purpose other than fulfilling your reservation and will need your specific consent to use it for any other purpose.
The Hotel will only store the Reservation Data for as long as is necessary to fulfil your reservation. The Reservation Data will be destroyed, anonymised and/or deleted once your reservation has been fulfilled and all payment and administrative matters have been completed, unless you have elected to receive future marketing communications from the Hotel. Your payment details will be deleted irrespective of your election to receive marketing communications from us.
You have the following rights in relation to the Reservation Data:
- to request access to the Reservation Data by an email request to the Hotel;
- to request that the Reservation Data be amended or deleted although that may mean your reservation cannot be fulfilled;
- to make a complaint regarding the Reservation Data to the Information Commissioner’s Office (https://ico.org.uk).
The Hotel as Data Controller
SevenRooms is the data controller responsible for the Reservation Data. Our Data Protection Officer is Jennie Baernreuther. Our registered office is at The Glenturret Distillery, The Hosh, Crieff, PH7 4HA.
The personal data you provide the Hotel in the course of the reservation process will be referred to in this Reservation Privacy Policy as the Reservation Data.
