The Lalique Restaurant is offering a fantastic opportunity to join our Front of House team as Waiter/ Waitress (Chef de Rang).

In this role you will be required to work effectively as part of a team providing support to the Restaurant management team. You will be responsible for greeting and serving guests in a professional and friendly manner, delivering food in line with guest needs, meeting and exceeding their expectations.

We are looking for a people person who is ambitious and confident, has a positive and approachable manner and is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

Essential skills:

Proven work experience as a Waiter/ Waitress in a high quality, fine dining or Michelin Star Restaurant

Strong knowledge of food ingredients and cheese

A good understanding of wine and beverage

Naturally warm and engaging yet professional

Attention to detail

Positive attitude

Desire to learn and develop a career within hospitality

Ability to multitask

Ability to work under pressure

Empathy for guests and colleagues

Written and verbal communication

Teamwork

Familiarity with alcohol licensing law

Intermediate level of spoken and written English
