Finlay MacDonald, is the founder of Chocolates of Glenshiel. He has always had a passion for food, having grown up in the beautiful Glenshiel surrounded by outstanding Scottish producers. When he was sixteen years old,he began to experiment combining his two favourite things: delicious Scottish food and chocolate! Working away in his parents’ kitchen, he practised and practised, slowly but surely honing his skills. Now with his very own kitchen, café and gift shop in his beloved home Glenshiel, He has a small team who share his love of – and dedication to – uniting the finest chocolate with locally sourced ingredients discovered in their day-to-day lives in the Highlands.
