We are proud to unveil the second release in our cherished Distillers Dram series: The Glenturret Distillers Dram Edition No.2, a limited expression of 1000 bottles.
More than a whisky, this is a celebration of the people whose craft shape The Glenturret. This release honours Kenny Smith and Robert Paterson, who together have devoted over three decades to our distillery - guiding every stage of the journey, from the first grains of barley to the final moments of maturation. Their quiet mastery and dedication live in every drop.
Since 1763, The Glenturret’s story has been written by visionary owners and skilled distillers. Generations of knowledge have been passed down with patience and pride. Today, that tradition continues in the hands of craftsmen like Kenny and Robert - the soul of our distillery.
Crafted from a careful balance of both peated and unpeated spirit, matured in European and American oak sherry seasoned casks, this dram is rich in dried fruits and sweet spice working in perfect partnership with a gentle touch of wood smoke.
Tasting Notes: A vibrant union of SWEET DRIED FRUITS – SULTANAS and RAISINS lifted by ORANGE PEEL. Gentle WOOD SMOKE entwined with rich TREACLE and TOFFEE APPLE. A creamy, textured finish wrapped in SWEET SPICE and CITRUS VANILLA.

Kenny’s journey with The Glenturret began as a Mashman and Stillman, and over the years, he’s become a cornerstone of our production team. From working side-by-side with our Distillery Manager to now leading spirit handling and logistics, Kenny’s dedication and skill have helped shape every bottle we craft.
This limited release is a tribute to Kenny’s passion, precision, and the quiet leadership that keeps our spirit flowing, from cask filling to bottling.
Robert Paterson has spent over a decade quietly mastering the art of distilling at The Glenturret. From milling and mashing to fermentation and distillation, his hands have guided the spirit through every stage, with care and precision that can only come from deep passion. He doesn’t seek the spotlight, but his work speaks volumes.
