The Glenturret Interlude
With an unwavering commitment to craft, Interlude reflects The Glenturret’s heritage: a fleeting chapter, rare and precious, created in very small numbers.
First matured in sherry seasoned oak casks, the whisky began to gather layers of richness and depth. Yet, like The Glenturret itself, its story was still unfolding. Returning it to wood to further mature for over a year in Pedro Ximénez hogsheads, casks renowned for their velvet sweetness and indulgent character, time worked gently, coaxing out notes of dried fruit, treacle, and warm spices, shaping a whisky of silken texture and lingering complexity.
With only 500 bottles available worldwide, this release is an invitation to savour an interval of quiet luxury - a whisky nurtured with patience, shaped by time, and revealed at the perfect moment.
Distillers Dram Limited Edition Series
Since 1763, The Glenturret has been shaped by visionary owners and skilled distillers who have passed down their craft through generations. Among them, James Fairlie revived the distillery in 1957, preserving its traditional methods after decades of silence. While processes and ownership may change, the soul of The Glenturret remains in the hands of its people.
Distiller’s Dram Edition No. 1 celebrates Brian Garriock and Ian Smith, who together have over 50 years of experience, overseeing every step from barley to maturation. Their dedication is woven into every bottle, reflecting our commitment to preserving heritage while embracing evolution. At The Glenturret, we honour the past while crafting a future that stays true to our legacy, one generation at a time.
In October 2025 we were proud to unveil the second release in our Distillers Dram series: The Glenturret Distillers Dram Edition No.2, a limited expression of 1000 bottles.
More than a whisky, this is a celebration of the people whose craft shape The Glenturret. Distillers Dram Edition No.2 honours Kenny Smith and Robert Paterson, who together have devoted over three decades to our distillery - guiding every stage of the journey, from the first grains of barley to the final moments of maturation. Their quiet mastery and dedication live in every drop.
Crafted from a careful balance of both peated and unpeated spirit, matured in European and American oak sherry seasoned casks, this dram is rich in dried fruits and sweet spice working in perfect partnership with a gentle touch of wood smoke.
The Glenturret Jaguar Series
In celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the E-Type Jaguar, we released an exclusive whisky release limited to only 265 bottles.
The whisky was a minimum age of 30 Years Old and drawn from four casks. Three Oloroso sherry-seasoned European oak butts bring RICH INTENSITY, and a single Amontillado sherry-seasoned American oak quarter cask gives a DELICATE ELEGANCE.
In February 2024, we proudly released our second collaboration with Jaguar Classic, an exclusive limited edition in celebration of Jaguar C-Type’s 70th anniversary. With only 220 bottles available, The Glenturret Jaguar C-Type captures the shared spirit of innovation and excellence defining both The Glenturret and Jaguar Classic.
The liquid was created by Whisky Maker Bob Dalgarno and boasts a minimum age of 32 years, carefully drawn from a selection of five casks. The blend showcases the influence of Oloroso sherry-seasoned European oak hogsheads, infusing classic notes of rich fruit and aromatic spices. Additionally, a single Pedro Ximenez sherry-seasoned American Oak hogshead contributes nuances of sweet vanilla and light oak, elevating the whisky's profile with a harmonious balance of flavours.
In June 2025, Jaguar Classic and The Glenturret marked the 70th anniversary of the Jaguar D-type with the final edition in its whisky collaboration series.
The newly released single malt is a celebration of seven decades of the legendary Jaguar D-type, a vehicle boasting advanced engineering and bold design when it was introduced 70 years ago. The limited run of 270 bottles completes the trio paying tribute to other iconic sports cars from Jaguar’s history – the C-Type and E-Type.
The whisky is a minimum age of 35 years old and drawn from 6 casks. 3 Pedro Ximenez sherry-seasoned European oak hogsheads impart rich fruit and warm spices while 2 oloroso-seasoned American oak casks bring vanilla and cinnamon, finally an American oak refill hogshead delivers delicate light oak notes.
