The Glenturret introduces Deux Terrains, where Highland whisky meets the vineyards of Bordeaux. 

Distilled at The Glenturret and entrusted to time for over 21 patient years, Deux Terrains unites two protected landscapes, bound by heritage and custodianship. 

Matured initially in sherry-seasoned oak, the spirit was later introduced to casks that once held Sauternes wine from Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey – Premier Grand Cru Classé of 1855, founded in 1618 in the heart of Bordeaux and today guided under the same Lalique guardianship as The Glenturret. 

What emerges is a quiet dialogue between Highland provenance and French vinicultural prestige. A whisky shaped by time rather than intervention, defined by patience, craft and a shared philosophy. 

Bright pineapple opens with a poised aromatic lift, followed by caramelised apple lightly dusted with gentle spice. Gradually, layers of vanilla and seasoned oak reveal themselves. Warm wood spices unfold alongside ginger and sweet cinnamon, balanced by notes of ripening citrus. The texture remains soft and fruit-led, carrying through to a refined finish of toasted oak.
