Now in its' 29th year, the International Spirits Challenge is a premier event in promoting outstanding quality spirits from across the globe. The competition is founded on a rigorous and independent judging process, which serves to encourage the high calibre of spirits, designs and campaigns entered into the competition each year.

An expression inspired by our unique landscape. The Glenturret 7 Years Old Peat Smoked edition delights the senses with its complex and refined flavours. The characteristic sweetness from our new make spirit delicately intermingles with notes of fresh oak and sweet vanilla. Smoke lingers softly, adding depth and sophistication to the long and satisfying finish.
Tasting Notes: LIGHT SMOKE floats with VANILLA and sweet aromatics. CITRUS, FRESH GREEN OAK and SULTANAS accompany a meandering PEAT SMOKE.

The Glenturret 10 Years Old Peat Smoked 2023 Release 🥇
Celebrating the evolution of flavours from our barley, spirit and casks. Peat features heavily in our distilling history - records show that The Glenturret dug peat from the mosses at our water source for whisky production in the early 1800’s. The Glenturret 10 Years Old Peat Smoked celebrates the varying sources of peat now procured for our smoky whiskies. The smoke flavours are constantly evolving and changing through time.
Tasting Notes: DARK SMOKE from a newly lit fire, SWEET CITRUS and VANILLA. SALTED CARAMEL leads into SMOKY WOOD SPICES which drift into the distance.
Our peated spirit style is matured in both first-fill and second-fill European and American oak casks. The resulting whisky forms a complex single malt that commands a higher strength of 48.4% ABV.

The true heart and soul of our range of whiskies. Crafted with utmost care and expertise, this remarkable spirit embodies the essence of tradition and refinement. Fewer than sixty carefully selected casks come together to create The Glenturret 12 Years Old - crafted by hand and forming the heart of our range.
Tasting Notes: RICH RAISINS and SULTANAS open, VANILLA and CINNAMON follow. GINGER and hints of NUTMEG are warming. HEDGEROW FRUITS and MATURING OAK closes.
American oak casks drive the salted caramel sweetness whilst European oak layers the dried fruits and spices leading to a full rich single malt at 46.4% ABV.
