The Glenturret Sherry Cask Shortbread
Spice up your shortbread this year with The Glenturret Sherry Cask!
You don't get much more Scottish than shortbread....until you add Scotch Single Malt Whisky! Here at The Glenturret we've put together our own shortbread recipe, including some of our Sherry Cask Edition Single Malt. We hope you enjoy making (and eating) them!
Here's what you'll need:
- 250g Butter
- 80g Caster Sugar
- 340g Plain Flour
- 85g Cornflour
- 8 tbsp The Glenturret Sherry Cask
Here's what to do:
- Mix the butter, caster sugar, plain flour, and cornflour together.
- When it starts to get crumbly add The Glenturret Sherry Cask.
- Once smooth, roll out and cut into whatever shapes you prefer (we like stars our self!)
