- Proven work experience in a high quality, fine dining or Michelin Star Restaurant.
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge.
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.
- Acute financial management skills and commercial awareness.
- Good eye for detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to ensure efficient time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong Organisational and Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead, mentor and support a team to provide an exceptional level of service.
- Hold a Personal Licence Certificate – or undertake training to secure the qualification.
